Christmas Wonderland FAQs

Park entry tickets start from £20 per person for ages 4 and up, and £15 per person for children aged 2–3. Additional experiences are available to book separately.

We advise booking online in advance as some experiences may sell out.

If your Nimbus Access Card displays the +1 symbol, you are eligible to receive a free Essential Companion ticket. Please email guestservices@draytonmanor.co.uk with your order number and the time of your booked experiences, and our team will add the companion ticket to your booking. Subject to availability

Park entry is free of charge, along with the Twinkle Express and Cinderella Pantomime. The Enchanted Christmas Grotto is £5. Elftoria is not recommended for children under 4 years old.

Platinum, Diamond, and Gold Annual Passholders enjoy free entry to Christmas Wonderland and only need to purchase tickets for the specific experiences they'd like to enjoy.

Tickets are £10 per person for ages 2 years and above. For children aged 0–23 months, tickets cost £5.

Yes, all guests - including adults and babies - require a ticket to enter the Enchanted Christmas Grotto.

The Enchanted Christmas Grotto ticket includes: Meet & greet with Santa, Storytime with Mrs Claus, Write a letter to Santa, Reindeer food making, a small gift for children and a free hot chocolate for the adults.

The Enchanted Christmas Grotto will take approximately 15 minutes

The Enchanted Christmas Grotto entrace is located next to the Zoo entrance.

Yes, we have an Accessible (SEND) Grotto available for the guests with additional needs.

The Accessible (SEND) Grotto is located next door to Mrs Kyndleys Café. It can be accessed via the Thomas Land train, or a short walk through the zoo.

Yes, the Accessible (SEND) Grotto is fully wheelchair accessible

Yes, guests can take as many photos as they like in the Grotto

Please join the queue promptly at your allocated time. This is the time to start waiting in the queue and your experience may begin shortly after.

The Twinkle Express is £5 per person. Please note that all guests, including adults and babies, require a ticket to ride the Twinckle Express

Yes, all guests wishing to ride the Twinkle Express are required to purchase a ticket.

The Twinkle Express will be on the Polperro Express.

Elftoria is £20 per person.Please note, all guests wishing to enter Elftoria are required to purchase a ticket.

We recommend the experience for guests aged 4 years and above.

Christmas Tree Maze, Snowball Fight Arena, Live Pranking Workshop & Show, Elf Meet & Greet, Elftoria Slide, Festive Crafts & Activities. Rides - Thor, Loki, Jormungandr and Sleipnir (subject to weather and availbility)

The Cinderella Pantomime is £5 per person. Please note, all guests wishing to watch the show are required to purchase a ticket.

The Cinderella Pantomime will take place in Falls Theatre.

No thrill rides will be operating during Christmas Wonderland.

The Vikings rides (Thor, Loki, Sleipnir & Jormungandr) will be open, subject to weather conditions and availability, exclusively as part of the Elftoria experience.
