Drayton Manor Resort places great emphasis on the safety of its visitors and strives to ensure that the high standards set by the company are complied with by all those who visit the Park.

Guests must comply with the parks regulations. We permit entry to the Park to those willing to comply with the regulations as set out below.

We are sure that you will wish to assist us in ensuring that the Park and its facilities remain a safe and secure place in which to enjoy your visit. To assist us in ensuring your safety, CCTV is in operation in various locations throughout the Park.

1. All persons entering Drayton Manor Park are admitted subject to the following regulations. Any person who does not comply with these regulations may be removed from the Park by either Drayton Manor Park personnel or Police Officers. This is without prejudice to any claim that the Park may have against such a person or persons arising out of their actions. Whilst inside the Park, all visitors must comply with any instruction given to them by Park personnel or Police Officers.

2. Drayton Manor Park reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the Park, ban entry to the Park, or remove from the Park any person who:

  • 2.1 Has been convicted of a criminal offence, which in the opinion of Drayton Manor Park, is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors;
  • 2.2 Has behaved in the Park in a manner which, in the opinion of Drayton Manor Park, has, or is likely to, affect the enjoyment of other visitors;
  • 2.3 Uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.
  • 2.4 Are listed on the Sex Offenders Register where such attendance would breach safeguarding or legal restrictions.

3. All persons entering the Park must pay for admission or hold a valid admission ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by Drayton Manor Park personnel. Any person attempting to gain admission to the Park or being found inside the Park without a valid admission ticket may be ejected from the Park.

4. No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Park unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who shall be 18 years or older and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

5. No dogs, except assistance dogs, or other pets of any kind shall be allowed on the Park. Please note, no service dogs are allowed in the ride queues or within the zoo. 

6. Visitors are admitted to the Park subject to a condition that, if requested, they will allow themselves to be searched. It is prohibited to bring into the Park any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, barbeques, gas stoves or other articles which may cause injury. The throwing of any article which could cause injury or annoyance is strictly prohibited.

7. Visitors are not permitted to bring into the Park or use within; bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades/skates or Heelys.

8. Visitors are not allowed to wear any recording device on the rides, this includes Go Pro cameras.

9. The consumption of intoxicating liquors is permitted only within Drayton Manor Park’s own licensed premises and not in any other location within the Park. Accordingly, intoxicating liquor must not be taken into the Park and any person found possessing alcohol, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, will be refused admission or escorted from the Park without refund of any monies.

10. Drayton Manor Park will endeavour to ensure that as many rides and attractions as possible are available for use by visitors. However, Drayton Manor Park reserve the right to make unavailable any ride or attraction and/or change the programme of rides and attractions if, at any time, it is necessary or appropriate to do so.

11. All rides, attractions, amusements, transport systems and other facilities must only be used with the operator’s instructions.

12. Unnecessary noise (such as that from the use of radio sets and other equipment), or any behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other visitors or confusion of any kind, is not permitted in any part of the Park.

13. The climbing of, or standing upon fences, barriers, walls, rides, structures, buildings, themeing or props is strictly prohibited.

14. Only persons authorised by Drayton Manor Park are permitted to sell or offer for sale any items to visitors within the curtilage of the Park.

15. Drayton Manor Park is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal property left on the premises. All items are left at the owner's risk.

16. Tickets are non-refundable; however, the visit date can be changed prior to the original visit date, and additional charges may apply if rescheduled to a higher-priced day.

17. From time to time, Drayton Manor Park or other authorised parties, carry out photography and / or filming in the Park which may feature visitors. By accepting these regulations, you agree that Drayton Manor Park or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rest with Drayton Manor Park or such authorised party (as the case may be).

18. Smoking (including E-Cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in/on all rides, attractions, shops, restaurants and queue lines (Thomas Land is a complete Non-Smoking area).

19. Aggressive, unruly, insulting or unacceptable behaviour of any kind displayed directly or indirectly towards any Drayton Manor Park personnel will result in exclusion from or ejection from the Park, without any refund of monies.

20. The consumption of or possession of any prohibited or illegal substance of any kind by any person or persons will result in exclusion from or ejection from the Park without any refund of monies (and the Police may be called).

21. We welcome all those from the Sikh community on to the park but respectfully ask that upon arrival please notify a staff member if you are wearing a Kirpan. In the interest of public safety, individuals can expect that relevant searches and questions will take place, and we ask that you allow additional time for this. We stipulate that if you are wearing a Kirpan it should be no more than 6” in overall length, should be worn securely under clothes, out of sight and difficult to access and never be drawn from it sheath and a suitable clasp or mechanism to ensure it is not easily drawn should be incorporated. Due to the nature of some high speed, vigorous rides within the park, the Kirpan should be strapped securely to the body to ensure it does not move about freely during physical activity. Non-compliance, or failure to follow these guidelines will result in refusal of entry to the park and action may be taken to evict you from the premises should this be deemed necessary.

22. Guests are reminded that as well as water being a feature of some of the park’s attractions, certain areas of the park are within a natural watercourse environment. Therefore parents/guardians and responsible adults must ensure that they supervise all infants and young children at all times when close to water.

23. Drayton Manor Resort is a family theme park, guests are kindly reminded to dress appropriately and ensure they are fully clothed at all times during their visit, including while on rides.

These regulations are for the benefit of all our visitors and will be strictly enforced. Reviewed August 2022

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Date changes are only permitted up until 10:00am on the day of your scheduled visit.
  • The details that you enter MUST match the registered address held with your card supplier.
  • We do not accept Laser cards online or at the Resort.

Park Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date selected at the time of booking (your tickets will not work on any other day).
  • Prices shown online are only valid for tickets purchased online, unless otherwise stated. Tickets purchased from the ticket office on the day will be charged at our on the gate price.
  • Children under the age of two go free (a ticket will be required for entry from any ticket booth).
  • Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 years or over. Please note, some rides & attractions may require a guest over the age of 14 to accompany any younger members of the party.
  • Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided once payment has been confirmed.
  • Drayton Manor Resort operates a policy of no refunds on any tickets or Annual Passes.
  • We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. If you have added Rainy Day Guarantee to your booking for £2pp, you will be able to book a return ticket if there is 4mm of rainfall or more on your visit date. Return tickets must be booked at the Guest Services office on the day of the original visit.
  • No refund will be given for lost tickets.
  • Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server, with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. N.B Please note we do not accept American Express cards on our Ticket Booking Portal
  • Please be advised that all promotions or discounts will hold their own individual terms & conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The management of Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason including the attraction reaching full capacity.
  • Admission fee includes the use of all rides, attractions and the Zoo (except crazy golf, coin operated, entrance to the Castle of Dreams during our Magical Christmas or HB leisure games).
  • The Resort's management reserves the right to amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time.
  • The Resort's management reserves the right to amend the parks operating dates & times at any time.
  • The Resort's management reserves the right to amend or alter the rides and attractions offering at any period throughout the season, without prior notice, however notice will be given when and where possible.
  • The Resort reserves the right to amend or update any policy or procedure where reasonably required for operational improvements.
  • The Resort may capture photography of rides and events that is used for marketing purposes. Where possible the resort will seek permission of any individuals, however if there are reasons why imagery should not be used please confirm with the Resort in writing the date of your visit.
  • If The Resort is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons we will endeavour to transfer your booking to a preferred alternative date subject to availability.
  • Rides are subject to availability, please check the website before travelling on the day of your visit for any ride closures.
  • Drayton Manor reserves the right to amend opening times and dates as necessary.
  • The Resort will not knowingly allow attendance by individuals who are listed on the Sex Offenders Register where such attendance would breach safeguarding or legal restrictions.

Data Protection

  • The information and data (personal data) which is provided by you in connection with the Drayton Manor Resort website will be held on the computers, manual records and will be used by the Resort.
  • The personal data shall be used for the following purposes:
    • 1. To update and develop Resort records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis
    • 2. To assist the Resort in the provision of services/products to you
    • 3. To enable the Resort to review, develop and improve the services/products offered to you
  • The Resort may inform you from time to time by email, telephone or mail about relevant news, information, services and products which they believe may be of interest to you.
  • You are entitled by law to receive a copy of information or data about you which is held by any of the companies. You are also entitled to request the rectification, erasure or blocking of any such information or data which is inaccurate or not up-to-date and held by the companies. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or if you wish to opt-out of any future processing of your information or data held by the companies, please email marketing@draytonmanor.co.uk to stating your full name and address and providing any other relevant information for Drayton Manor Resort.

All Pass Benefits

  • Hotel Discount: A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available each day on a first-come, first-served basis. Discount valid on Bed & Breakfast rate only. Availability is not guaranteed. Not valid on themed rooms. Hotel stays can be booked through the Passholder Hub.
  • Friends & Family Tickets: Vouchers must not be resold; resold vouchers will be cancelled without notice. Only applicable to fully paid Annual Passes; excludes Under-2s passes. Tickets only valid for use at Drayton Manor Resort. Tickets can be booked through the Passholder Hub.
  • Free Mini Golf: Clubs and Balls can be collected from the Hotel Reception. Subject to availability.
  • Photo Discount: All the photo discounts can be found on the Ride Photo page in the Passholder Hub.

Ultimate Annual Pass

  • The Ultimate Annual Pass entitles the Passholder admission to the Park on any day when the Park is open to the public.
  • The Ultimate Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • No pre-booking is required for visits to West Midlands Safari Park.
  • Pre-booking is required for visits to Waterworld, which can be made through their website using your Annual Pass booking code.
  • Pre-booking is required for visits to Drayton Manor Resort, which can be done here.
  • Ultimate Annual Passes purchased before 28th February will have received an email with a code to book their visit to Waterworld. Passes purchased after 28th February will use their Annual Pass number to book their visits. More information can be found here.
  • Waterworld blackout dates: Bank holidays, bank holiday weekends (inclusive of the Saturday and Sunday before the bank holiday Monday), February half-term in Staffordshire, 17th – 31st August and special events.
  • Under 3's can visit Drayton Manor & West Midlands Safari Park for free alongside a valid Ultimate Annual Passholder. A ride wristband will need to be purchased separately for under 3's at West Midland Safari Park.
  • Under 3’s will need to purchase a separate ticket to visit Waterworld via waterworld.co.uk.
  • 20% off food, drink and retail at all 3 venues. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer in any retail shops. Excludes Ice Cream at West Midlands Safari Park.
  • Discounts do not apply to the purchase of guidebooks, animal food pots/browse, VR ride tickets or seats on our Guided Safari Tours at West Midlands Safari Park.
  • Free parking applies at all 3 venues. Please note, for parking at Waterworld visitors must register their vehicle at the Waterworld Reception. The responsibility for this remains with the pass holder and failure to do so will result in a Parking Charge Notice.
  • Before they visit, Passholders must consult Waterworld's FAQs which can be found here: waterworld.co.uk/faqs. This explains key information, such as required Adult:Child supervision ratios. Guests not adhering to these ratios will not be admitted to the Aqua Park and tickets cannot be refunded in this instance.
  • All children under 11 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult and closely supervised in the pool at all times. One adult can supervise two children under 11 years old but no more, providing the children can swim. Weak or non-swimmers, babies and toddlers MUST be supervised in the pool on a one adult to one child ratio.
  • Anyone 11 years old and over can attend without adult supervision providing they are a strong swimmer and have no medical conditions.
  • Carers are not eligible for free entry to Waterworld. To visit Waterworld, carers can either purchase their own Ultimate Annual Pass or receive a £4 discount on the standard admission price. More information can be found by clicking here.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Babies & Toddlers, and any older children that are not potty-trained, MUST wear well-fitting Swim Nappies under their swimming costumes. These are available in the Waterworld Swim Shop as well as arm bands and life vests.
  • Waterworld and West Midlands Safari Park benefits are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

Gold Annual Pass

  • The Gold Annual Pass entitles the Passholder admission to the Park on any day when the Park is open to the public.
  • The Gold Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gold Annual Passes may be valid for longer if purchased during a promotional period.
  • Free Parking at Drayton Manor Resort valid with an ‘Individual - Gold Annual Pass’
  • Gold Annual Passholders get 20% off Food, Drink and Retail across Drayton Manor Resort.

Silver Annual Pass

Platinum Annual Pass

  • The Platinum Annual Pass has now been retired and is no longer available for purchase.
  • Any existing Platinum Annual Pass will remain valid until its current expiry/renewal date. At that time, you may choose to renew into any available pass type.
  • All Platinum Pass benefits will continue to apply for the full duration of your active pass.

Diamond Annual Pass

  • The limited-edition Diamond Annual Pass has now ended and is no longer available for purchase.
  • Any existing Diamond Annual Pass will remain valid until its current expiry/renewal date. At that time, you may choose to renew into any available pass type.
  • Diamond Annual Pass holders continue to receive all Gold Annual Pass benefits, plus the exclusive limited-edition commemorative gift bag.
  • Commemorative gift bags can still be collected from Guest Services if you have not yet received yours.

General

  • Annual Passes can be renewed from 7 days before expiry until 30 days after. During this renewal window, passholders receive a 10% discount on the Annual Pass price.
  • Annual Passes are valid only for the person named and photographed on the pass. Passes are non-transferable, and entry may be refused if misuse is suspected.
  • Guests may be required to present valid photo ID to verify pass ownership. Drayton Manor Resort may request updated photographs if appearance has significantly changed.
  • All guests must follow the Drayton Manor Resort Code of Conduct. Abusive behaviour toward staff or other guests may result in pass revocation without refund.
  • Guests must comply with all ride height requirements, safety instructions, and health restrictions. Access may be denied for safety reasons, with no compensation provided.
  • Annual Passes may not include admission to separately ticketed events or premium experiences unless explicitly stated.
  • No passes are valid on closed dates or full-park buyout days.
  • Discount codes issued by our Guest Services Team cannot be used to purchase Annual Passes unless specifically stated.
  • Discounts, validity dates, offers, and rates may be changed at any time.
  • All rides and attractions are subject to availability, weather conditions, maintenance, and operational considerations. No refunds or extensions are provided due to unavailable attractions or adverse weather.
  • No refunds, extensions, or compensation will be provided for closures or lost operating hours due to weather, technical issues, safety reasons, or events beyond our control.
  • Annual Passes and renewals are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including changes to opening days, ride closures, or personal circumstances.
  • Annual Passes may not be used for commercial activities, promotions, competitions, tours, or resale without written permission from Drayton Manor Resort.
  • By purchasing an Annual Pass, guests consent to receiving essential service communications related to pass usage, expiry, changes, and operational updates. Marketing preferences can be managed separately. Please note, if you unsubscribe from the Service list, you may miss important updates regarding park operations and renewal notifications.
  • Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend or cancel Annual Pass benefits, terms, or availability at any time.

Two-day theme park entry 

  • Second day free is only valid on stays from 4th April – 31st October 2025. This is subject to availability.
  • The tickets must be used on consecutive days of the overnight stay and cannot be moved to a future date.
  • If the theme park is closed on one day of your stay, the second day ticket is no longer applicable.
  • There will be no price reductions if the second day ticket is not claimed.
  • One-day theme park entry included for Christmas & February Half Term.

Buffet Breakfast

  • Breakfast is available from 7am – 10am every day.

Childrens Evening Entertainment & Character Breakfast

  • Free for all hotel guests
  • Children’s entertainment is available throughout the Staffordshire school holidays and on Friday and Saturday evenings when the theme park is open. This is normally scheduled between 6.30pm and 8.30pm in main season.
  • Character breakfast is available throughout the Staffordshire school holidays and on Saturday and Sunday mornings when the theme park is open. This is normally scheduled between 8.30am and 9.30am. You will need to book breakfast around these times.

Mini Golf 

  • Only available daylight hours.
  • Collect balls and clubs from the Hotel Reception.

General 

  • A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking and full payment is taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the full stay will be charged.

Entry to and use of Drayton Manor car park is subject to these car park terms of use. Please read these terms carefully and follow the recommended procedures.

Definitions:
Vehicle’ shall mean the vehicle and shall include any mechanical device or wheels or tracks, its equipment and accessories.

1. Our Liability

  • 1.1 This is a private car park. Our staff have been instructed to remove anyone who is misbehaving; we cannot however guarantee your security nor that of your vehicle nor its contents. We will only accept liability in respect of any loss or theft or damage to your vehicle and/or liability for death or personal injury where the same is proved and to the extent that is proved to be caused by our negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty or that of our servants and agents.

2. Customer Complaints

  • 2.1 Should you or your vehicle suffer damage whilst in Drayton Manor Car Park or should you lose the vehicle or any of your possessions from the vehicle whilst it is in Drayton Manor Car Park, you should: immediately to inform a member of our staff; in the case of theft, report it to the Police noting the crime reference number; and promptly notify your insurer.
  • 2.2 If you believe that you have a claim against Drayton Manor under Clause 1, we request that you provide us with written notice within 48 hours with full details of the occurrence at: Drayton Manor Resort, Drayton Manor Drive, Tamworth, Staffordshire B78 3TW
  • 2.3 Before submitting any complaint, please refer Clause 1 to ensure that your claim falls within our area of responsibility.
  • 2.4 Failure to comply with the above procedure may prejudice your position.

3. Secure Your Vehicle and Possessions

  • 3.1 Unless requested by us or one of our employees or agents not to do so, or you have a good reason not to do so, please ensure that before you leave your vehicle: it is securely locked; all windows are securely closed; any steering lock, alarm or similar security device is engaged. Wherever possible, please ensure that you take your possessions with you when you leave your vehicle. If you need to leave possessions in your vehicle, make sure they are out of sight. Please note that your motor insurance policy may not cover possessions in vehicles. It may be possible for you to arrange separate insurance cover for possessions and we recommend that you do so.

4. Damage To Other Vehicles

  • 4.1 Should you damage another vehicle, you are requested to report the matter immediately to a member of our staff and give them the registration number of your vehicle and the damaged vehicle.

5. Safety In The Car Park

  • 5.1 Car parks are to be used only for lawful purposes.
  • 5.2 Car parks can be dangerous:
    • please drive carefully and obey the directional signs and speed limits;
    • after you have parked, please proceed to the nearest Theme Park Entrance;
    • do not wander about in the Car Park;
    • keep a careful eye on anyone in your care;
    • do not permit children to play in the Car Park.
  • 5.3 Dogs can die in hot cars. Never leave your dog alone in a car on a warm day. If you see a dog in distress in a hot car, contact our staff immediately.

6. Tickets

  • 6.1 The ticket issued to you is for use only for the vehicle in respect of which it is issued. A ticket (including a pre-booking or season ticket) does not entitle you (unless otherwise specified by us) to any particular space in the Car Park or to priority over other customers. Payment for a ticket (including a pre-booking or season ticket) does not guarantee you a parking space. All season tickets remain our property and it must be returned to us on expiration.
  • 6.2 We reserve the right to refuse to release your vehicle from the Drayton Manor Car Park if you are unable to produce a valid paid car parking ticket/pre-booking/season ticket until we have made such enquiries as we may consider reasonable. Failure to produce a valid paid ticket, pre-booking or season ticket may therefore delay your departure.
  • 6.3 If you are unable to produce a valid paid car parking ticket/pre-booking/season ticket you will be charged at the daily parking rate for a Lost Ticket for the number of days you have parked.

7. Agency

  • 7.1 Every person who enters into a contract with Drayton Manor for the parking of a vehicle at the Car Park, whether by taking a ticket or otherwise, does so on behalf of themselves and all other persons having proprietary, possessory or other financial or material interest in the vehicle and/or its contents.

8. Automatic Number Plate Recognition

  • 8.1 By parking your vehicle in the Drayton Manor Car Park you consent to us capturing, using and processing your vehicle registration and personal details via CCTV and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for car park operation and enforcement purposes, to calculate the relevant parking tariff and to recover any outstanding Parking Charge. This includes our right to request and obtain the details of a vehicle’s registered keeper from the DVLA.

9. Moving and Relocation of Vehicles

  • 9.1 We reserve the right to move any vehicle within Drayton Manor Car Park by driving or other means to such extent as we, our servants or agents at their discretion think necessary to avoid obstruction, for the more efficient arrangement of parking facilities and/or for health and safety reasons.
  • 9.2 We reserve the right, where Drayton Manor Car Park has to be closed permanently, temporarily in whole or in part, evacuated or in cases of emergency, to remove any vehicle at such a time to any other reasonably convenient location.
  • 9.3 To the extent that it may be necessary in relation to the above, we, our servants and/or agents shall have the right to drive or by other means take the vehicle on the public highway.

10. Liens

  • 10.1 We reserve the right to hold your vehicle until we have received payment for all parking charges due to us and we reserve the right to refuse any vehicle until those charges have been paid.
  • 10.2 If you intend to leave your vehicle in the Car Park for more than 7 days we recommend that you notify us in writing of your intention to do so.
  • 10.3 We reserve the right to sell any vehicle which we reasonably believe to have been abandoned and shall be entitled to regard as abandoned any vehicle which has been in the Car Park for more than 28 days without prior notification.
  • 10.4 Before proceeding with the disposal of abandoned vehicles, we will make reasonable enquires with a view to identifying and contacting the registered owner of the vehicle in question and give 28 days’ notice of our intention to do so to the registered owner by prepaid post addressed to the registered owner’s last known address.
  • 10.5 Abandoned vehicles will be sold by auction whenever practicable and the proceeds of the sale will be applied in and towards satisfaction of all sums owing to us together with the expenses of sale and in connection with such sale we shall be entitled to charge reasonable garage charges in respect of the period during which the vehicle is in our possession.
  • 10.6 Any balance of these sales proceeds remaining after satisfaction of such sums shall be held by us on behalf of the registered owner of the vehicle and paid over on proof of entitlement.

11. Tariffs

  • 11.1 Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend parking tariffs at any time.
  • 11.2 If you have a season ticket or pre-booking, car parking prices will be dealt with in the documentation provided to you.

12. Prohibited Activities

  • 12.1 No vehicle shall be towed into the Drayton Manor Car Park and no work on or cleaning of vehicles by customers or their agents shall be done in the Drayton Manor Car Park.
  • 12.2 No activity in connection with the selling, hiring or other disposal of the vehicle shall be carried out in Drayton Manor Car Park.

13. Variations of the Car Park Terms of Use

  • 13.1 No person has authority to vary or alter these Car Park Terms of Use unless such variation is in writing signed by a duly authorised signatory of Drayton Manor Resort Limited.
  • A valid Theme Park entry ticket or Annual Pass is required to enter Drayton Manor Resort. Fast Passes do not include admission to the Resort.
  • Fast Passes are available to purchase online and, subject to availability, from Guest Services on the day of your visit.
  • Fast Passes are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Fast Passes are valid for one guest only and cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Fast Passes must be collected from Guest Services, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  • Fast Passes are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase and cannot be used on another date unless otherwise permitted by Drayton Manor Resort.
  • Fast Passes provide access to a dedicated or priority queue where available but do not guarantee immediate access to a ride or attraction. Waiting times and delays may still occur.
  • All guests using a Fast Pass must meet the applicable height, age, health and safety requirements for each ride or attraction.
  • A Fast Pass does not guarantee that a particular ride or attraction will be available. Rides and attractions may be unavailable, delayed or closed due to technical issues, adverse weather, operational requirements, maintenance or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Fast Pass users must always follow the instructions and directions of Drayton Manor Resort team members.
  • Fast Pass wristbands must be presented when requested by a member of the Drayton Manor Resort team.
  • Where applicable, a member of the team will remove or mark the relevant Fast Pass entitlement each time it is used.
  • Fast Pass wristbands that are damaged, altered, defaced, copied or otherwise tampered with will not be accepted.
  • Lost, stolen or misplaced Fast Pass wristbands will not be replaced.
  • Fast Passes must not be copied, reproduced, resold, transferred or used by anyone other than the guest for whom they were issued.
  • Misuse of a Fast Pass, including attempting to use a copied, altered or invalid wristband, may result in the Fast Pass being withdrawn without refund.
  • Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to refuse or withdraw Fast Pass access where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached or the Fast Pass has been misused.
  • Fast Passes are not valid on The Haunting or Falls Theatre, and may not be valid for selected attractions, experiences or special events as notified by Drayton Manor Resort.
  • Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Fast Pass service or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee is only valid when purchased online in advance alongside a valid Theme Park ticket.
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee costs £2 per person, per ticket, and must be purchased for each guest who wishes to be covered.
  • If more than 4mm of rainfall is recorded onsite during the Park's published opening hours, the Rainy Day Guarantee may be activated.
  • Rainfall is measured onsite using Drayton Manor Resort's rain gauge during operational hours. Drayton Manor Resort's decision on whether the Rainy Day Guarantee has been activated is final.
  • If the Rainy Day Guarantee is activated, eligible guests will receive return codes via email the next working day for a free return visit.
  • The applicable date will also be added to the Rainy Day Guarantee webpage to confirm that eligible guests can claim their return visit.
  • Return codes are valid for a return visit up to 30 days after the date of the original visit.
  • Return visits must be booked online in advance and are subject to availability.
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee is not valid on return visits.
  • The standard Park Terms & Conditions and Regulations apply to all return visits.
  • A full selection of rides and attractions is available during the main season. A reduced selection of rides and attractions may be available during selected events and outside the main season. Please check the Park calendar before booking your return visit.
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other Drayton Manor promotion or offer and is not valid on free return offers, school or group bookings, Tesco Clubcard bookings or tickets purchased through third-party partners.
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee is not valid as part of a Short Break or hotel package.
  • Adult & Toddler tickets are entitled to one rainy day return ticket per eligible ticket. Additional Rainy Day Guarantees must be purchased where required.
  • Guests purchasing Adult & Toddler tickets must purchase two Rainy Day Guarantees to cover both tickets.
  • Rainy day return visits for Adult & Toddler tickets are only valid on off-peak, midweek dates outside Staffordshire school holidays.
  • Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change the Rainy Day Guarantee and its Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Partner codes are only valid against the on the gate price for Individual (4 - 65 years) tickets.
  • Tickets using Clubcard codes must be booked online in advance. Tickets are not available to purchase at the ticket office.
  • Please note that any unused points on your vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned at Drayton Manor Theme Park.
  • Please be aware that you receive no voucher points back for overpayment once you have purchased a Drayton Manor Ticket.
  • Tesco vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any Drayton Manor Resort offers.
  • Use of this ticket implies agreement with the terms and conditions posted at the entrance and in the park guide.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket and holder, and in the interest of the public for safety reasons, we also reserve the right to require guests to leave the park at any time.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. 2-3 years tickets will be an extra charge (see our prices page for more info) on the day and under 2’s go free. These tickets need to be collected and paid for at any ticket kiosk upon arrival.
  • Height, age and size restrictions apply on some rides. For paid-for attractions, an additional cost applies.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in food outlets or shops. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase season passes.
  • All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard rewards scheme terms and conditions apply which can be found on Tesco’s website.
  • Vouchers are only for entrance and excludes car parking.
  • The Adult & Toddler Ticket is valid for entry for one adult aged 18 or over and one child aged 4 or under.
  • The adult must be accompanied by an eligible child aged 4 or under when visiting the Resort. If the ticket is used by an adult without an eligible child, an additional charge may be payable on arrival.
  • The offer is valid on selected weekdays during term time only and is not valid at weekends, during Staffordshire school holidays or on other excluded dates.
  • Please check the Resort's opening calendar before booking and visiting, as opening dates and attraction availability may vary.
  • Children under 2 may enter the Resort free of charge but must have a valid entry ticket. Under 2 tickets can be purchased online alongside the Adult and Toddler ticket.
  • The Adult & Toddler Ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount and is subject to availability.
  • If you wish to purchase the Rainy Day Guarantee for an Adult & Toddler Ticket, you must purchase two Rainy Day Guarantees to ensure both the adult and child are covered.
  • All tickets are subject to Drayton Manor Resort's general Ticket Terms & Conditions and Park Regulations.
