Important Information for Annual Passholders

Following feedback over the last 12 months we’re making some changes to improve your Annual Pass experience.

Ticket System Update

We’ve introduced a brand-new ticketing system to make your experience even better. Don’t worry, your existing Annual Pass won’t change, and you can continue using it until it’s time to renew.

Pre-Book Now Required

To help us plan for the best possible experience for all guests, letting us know you’ll be coming is really appreciated. Booking is quick and easy: simply reserve your date online using your Annual Pass details and bring your pass with you on the day.

You can book right up to the day of your visit, giving you plenty of flexibility. Plus, you can make multiple bookings, so you can plan ahead and make sure you don’t miss out on any of our epic events!

Diamond Passholders can pre-book using the Gold Annual Pass link and Platinum Passholders can pre-book using the Ultimate Annual Pass link.

Friends & Family Tickets

From 23rd March, all Annual Passholders’ Friends & Family ticket allocations have been reset. This means you now have 20 tickets available, regardless of any you may have used previously.

Essential Companion Passes

If you have are an existing Essential Companion Passholder, you will be issued a new pass on your next visit to the park. Simply head to the ticket office with your current Essential Companion Pass and Nimbus Access Card displaying the +1 symbol and we will sort this for you.

Ultimate Passholders: Waterworld Update

We’ve got an important update about booking your visits to Waterworld as part of your Ultimate Annual Pass.

Waterworld has recently updated their ticketing system, which means some Annual Pass booking codes may not work as expected. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we’re working with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

To help, we’ve included new booking instructions below.

Already visited Waterworld?
If you’ve already used your Annual Pass booking code to visit Waterworld, there’s nothing else you need to do. However, for any future visits, you will need to follow the new booking instructions below.

Not visited yet?
If you haven’t yet visited Waterworld, please forward your original email (including your Annual Pass booking code) to info@waterworld.co.uk and the team will make sure your code is set up on the new system.

New way to book – how to use your code

  • Click the button below and select ‘I already have a Ticket or Annual Pass’
  • Choose ‘Annual Pass Reservations’, then add a ‘Single Ticket’ to your basket and select your visit date
  • Enter your email address and Annual Pass code in the relevant boxes, then confirm your reservation
